Aidan Wellness is an Etobicoke based Massage Therapy and holistic practice. We work in collaboration with a line of in house therapists at Bodhi Tree Wellness Collective. These include: an Osteopath, Naturopath, Psychotherapist, Theta Healing Practitioner and Yoga Teacher.
Our mission is to provide high quality holistic services in a nurturing healing space and cultivate awareness of the interconnection between body, mind and spirit, optimizing client health and promoting wellness in the community.
In 1999, Nadia graduated from Kikkawa College and became certified through the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. In 2012, she completed her teacher training as a Hatha Yoga Instructor in Rome, Italy. In addition, Nadia's interest in the Subtle-Energy body prompted her to further her studies and in the last three years she received her certification as an Usui Reiki practitioner. Once Nadia became a mom, she felt driven to help women through motherhood. So, her focus became offering Pre and Post-natal Massage Therapy treatments as well as, breathwork for birthing, to ease physical discomforts, manage stress and facilitate childbirth. As a Hatha Yoga Instructor, Nadia frequently assigns Yoga poses as remedial exercises to clients. She also teaches one-to-one mindful conscious breathing, a coping mechanism to boost respiratory function, reduce stress hormones, fewer feelings of anxiety plus, improve mental focus and outlook in life. Throughout her 20 years of professional experience she has had extensive training and the privilege to work alongside numerous Therapists, Midwives and Holistic Practitioners. Nadia is able to provide a therapeutic touch, getting deeper into muscle tissue, as needed, but also giving clients a strong sense of relaxation. She believes we all contain the innate ability to heal. She uses an intuitive and clinical approach to address both physical and energetic issues, gently ushering clients toward a healthy state of balance.
Jaclyn is a graduate of Trillium College and is proudly registered with the College of Massage Therapists' of Ontario. She has over 6 years of hands on experience working in different settings, alongside other skilled Practitioners such as Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Energy Healers. Jaclyn’s continued learning and growth, both personally and professionally, transmits in her work as a Massage Therapist. She understands the needs of clients vary and may change over time, which has helped Jaclyn adopt an intuitive approach in her massage practice. She also has a passion for energy healing and from a young age was introduced to the amazing benefits of Reiki. This sparked a strong interest in her to learn the art of energy healing and in 2015, took her first Usui Reiki certification course with a Reiki Master. Jaclyn later completed her second degree of training in the spring of 2019 and now offers Reiki healing treatments with the understanding that energetic imbalances can play a major role in how we feel and how our bodies function as a whole. Jaclyn strongly believes in the profound well-being that comes from stress relief thus, ensures each session is rooted in deep relaxation facilitating the body's natural healing abilities and helping to manage pain, stress or tension. Jaclyn also enjoys giving practical home care advice to her clients, ranging from stretches or strengthening exercises to mindfulness tips and energy healings. She aims to make certain her clients feel confident in taking their health into their own hands.
