We would like to begin by reassuring clients that we continue to remain updated on information about the COVID-19 virus: how it spreads, risk of exposure, clients at higher risk and procedure for prevention. Also, we are closely monitoring and adhering to government directives and regulatory College requirements. We are accepting all clients at the moment, the following is the protocol to ensure client health and safety during treatment time:
1) Do not come to your appointment if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Last-minute cancellations are permitted without charge. 2) All clients must come wearing a protective face mask, which needs to be worn during treatment. If you fail to do so, a mask will be provided. 3) All of our Practitioners wear PPE, which includes a medical face mask and eye goggles. 4) Arrive just in time for your appointment. Please wait just outside the main entrance, your Practitioner will come out to greet you at the appointment time. 5) The water dispenser will not be in use, we suggest you bring your own bottled water, if necessary. 6) A COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire will be sent out 2 hours prior to your treatment time. Please make sure that it is properly filled out, failure to do so will result in a rescheduled appointment.
